High Dynamic Range Photography has been around since the days of film, but has become extremely popular in recent years. Especially in Real Estate. High Dynamic Range, or HDR, is a way of processing photos that allows for a wider and deeper range of colors as well as detail. This type of processing makes an image appear much closer to what the human eye sees as opposed to what traditional pictures reflect. For homes which have a lot of detail, architectural enhancements or those which are of a luxury lifestyle or price point are certainly worthy of this type of post processing. Although the cost of this process is a little more expensive than traditional photography, the WOW factor is certainly notice by not only the Realtor’s client, but more importantly the buyers who are looking for a home of this caliber.
